People who often have bad experience at the clinic often complain that the dentist makes random comments about other things that is happening around them or caught talking to their assistant about other things unrelated to the procedure he is performing. A good dentist will never do that.
Just bear in your mind when you make your future appointment to book an early slot instead of the slot after lunch time or in the evening. Dentist is usually fresh and better at their work early in the morning.
